"The staff was very helpful. The location is amazing. The amenities are great especially having access to beach towels to take to the beach with you. The downside is the room smells like stale cigarettes and a 100 year old basement with mildew and mold. The air conditioner was leaking. Lastly, the floors look like they've never been mopped. It just felt dirty in there. If they cleaned like they should nd the rooms smelled fresh I would come back. However, I wouldn't risk going back bc I truly...

"Location and room itself (210) with a balcony overlooking the street was AMAZING!
However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. With a 6 am sunrise, it is super bright in the living room where the sofa queen is located.
Texting with the host is pleasant, yet not helpful. There were no sheets / comforter for the queen sofa bed and the connection between texting the "host" and...

"Unfortunately the staff was not helpful at all. After calling prior to reservation AND after reserving to secure a specific type of room, the request was not respected even though I was assured (by messenger in writing) that they got my request and would take care of it.
Then when we requested late check out (12 noon instead of 11am) we were told yes at check in since they messed up our 2 room reservations but then in the morning the very cold and rude front desk lady told us late check out...

"Perfect location to beach, restaurants, and shopping. You will not regret staying here! Location is so perfect you most likely won’t need a car. Only downside, they only provide housekeeping every 4th day so plan for icky, sandy floors. Staff was very helpful."
