Huge property - however expecting staff and security to know the property. Not being able to direct me to the business center was a little frustrating… The elevator in the Tower was pretty disgusting. All in all great property - not sure will return.

A VERY NICE place overall! I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. Park Central South Beach
The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel ...
