My experience was great at the Beach Haus. All the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the size of the establishment and the location of the pool. I was supplied with all I needed to cook. I will be back. I liked the proximity to shops, restaurants and recreation areas.

The property was very nice clean and ample parking. Beach nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops. The room was great for my family. The front desk wasn’t easily accessible, code to enter room wasn’t provided. Access to local beach club depended on a key from the front desk which wasn’t available.

Property was as described. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Host very responsive. Location very close to beach but would have helped to have a map of how to get to the public beach access. Trash was left under both sinks and baseboards could use a wipe down. But overall a nice stay.

The host needs to explain the air conditioning thermostat control. It was very difficult to operate and it made the over night temperature too warm and uncomfortable. Room was very clean and the location was outstanding. Easy access to shops and beaches.

The location is great BUT be warned- the beach is pretty much unbearable. Even the locals we spoke with said they drive a few miles a way to a different beach, so if you are booking this place to be in walking distance of a beach to stay at all day take my word for it that won’t be the case. We did rent bikes (for an additional price!) ventured to a nearby beach. Also the beach club access is not accurate on the description. Other than that, if you are looking to save some money in the Miami area and have your own kitchen and free parking, it checks all the boxes! The property manager will answer your questions immediately, which is also a plus!

Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants. Had to extend our stay, easy as a phone call.
