Property was pretty good I didn’t have any complaints. I got a lower floor so the elevator wasn’t a problem, but even when I had to use it to go to the higher floors for like ice or the microwave it was still pretty quick, pool was nice staff was cool, good place

2 elevators for 30 floors means frequently waiting 5-10 minutes for an elevator. Amenities are limited and very limited hours. Evacuated 3 times due to a faulty fire alarm system. No official acknowledgement or apology. Good location but will NEVER stay there again.

The bathrooms were clean and up to date. Shower was enjoyable. Bed seemed to be turned an odd direction which made it difficult to walk into the room. My partner is blind, so turning sideways to squeeze between the bed and corner of the wall was problematic. Thin walls -- neighbors TV was so loud we had to turn on music. BUT, the view was spectacular. The halls and common areas were well kept and I felt safer than I do at a Marriott/Hilton bcz of the paid-parking, which is important.

Stay away from this hotel

To be blunt, you are making a HUGE mistake if you stay here. The only good thing about this pathetic hotel is the view. The room was extremely small, the beds were cheap, the comforters were stained, they only had one small bar of soap for three people, and none of the vending machines on three different floors worked. But I save the best for last—the inadequate elevators. This place has 27 floors but only two elevators, and that made for unbelievably long waits to get up or down. When going to our room after checking in, it took 13 minutes to get on an elevator. And when leaving to check out, it took 18 minutes to get one. It was incredibly frustrating, and we will never stay there again.

worst experience so far. I am a gold member on expedia and i am thankful l i only booked for one night. I am in Miami for my brothers funeral and NO WHERE on the policy does it say they don't accept trucks. There is no manager on site to speak to.I checked at 9:30pm after driving almost 6 hours with my blind father, just for them to tell me they cannot park my truck! i am driving the streets of Miami currently at 10:29pm to try and find a parking since they cannot help me or suggest to me where i can park. simply ridiculous and such an inconvenience NEVER AGAIN.

The room was overall nice but something was wrong with the beds as the springs were messed up or something of that sort. The shower water pressure was very bad as you would have to get very close up to the wall as it had no pressure at all. Parking your car it was 75 a night if you wanted to park your own car but 35 if they could valet it? I valet my manual. In the morning valet stalled my vehicle right in front of me and the workers just started laughing very loudly.. hotel was room was nice with a nice view and a nice bathroom.
