Big convenient hotel but definitely need some cosmetic care such ass new clean curtains, sturdy beds, updated tubs/ shower, and a phone to contact the front desk, and the lobby bathroom was horrible even saw a roach in there. The parking was wonderful and free, the view was good, like that it has appliances, and the linen and towels were clean and the staff were nice

A very decent property. The long and unclear check-in experience was relieved somewhat by very courteous security agents. The room was cozy with a wonderful view. An attractive and clean property with some modernizations. Elevator operations seem easy enoungh from the lobby, but are a bit confusing from upstairs. I didn't notice an abundance of chairs for the beach or poolside (perhaps stored away). The area is quite nice, however relatively remote from dining & shopping. There is a mini plaza in the LL, perhaps meant to address this. Despite several vacancies it does offer a spa and a convenience store. I imagine the end of the pandemic accompanied with improved weather might boost the experience.

Horrible experience!

Hotels.com advertised the layout having a separate living room- this was completely false as it was one single room. I chose the hotel based on this. I paid a higher rate to be able to change my reservation up until a day before the check in date. When I tried to change my reservation two weeks before to arrive one day later, I was unable to and was charged for the extra night but plus the resort fee. I made numerous calls to hotels.com and sent several letters and the matter was not addressed. The hotel offered no cleaning service all week and there was hardly anyone at reception. My experience using hotels.com was horrible and I am terribly disappointed with customer service.

Customer service was horrible. When I needed to talk to someone, no one would be at the front desk. The gym was closed so I was not able to work out as planned. The room was dirty the sheets and pillows had stains on them.

gostamos bastante da acomodação, o quarto era otimo, com excelente infraestrutura. Porém falaram que não contratamos serviço de limpeza, então ficamos 4 dias sem limpeza no quarto, e cobraram U$30/dia de taxa de resort e confesso que quando fiz a reserva vi que seria U$5/dia

Custo benefício, trata se de um condomínio, onde tem moradores permanentes , tive que trocar de quarto , pois os colchões pareciam uma canoa. Fora isso bem localizado, praia boa .

The property was close to Ocean and had a pool as well. The view from the room was nice especially at night. The property is undergoing renovations and i guess our room was not one that had been renovated. The bathroom was sub par with need of an overhaul and the furniture was well worn. The property also charges to store luggage if you are waiting for your transport to airport.

Spend the extra $20-50 night to go somewhere else

Customer service was horrible feom check in to check out. Rude staff, coffee bar thats never open, extremely unpleasant demeaner from security to valet.

I forhold til beskrivelse og bilder blir Collins Apartments by Design Suites fremstilt villedende og grovt uriktige i forhold til hvilken standard overnattingsstedet egentlig har. Leiligheten vi fekk tildelt hadde store sikkerhetsmessige mangler! Når det gjaldt brannsikkerhet var det nedstøvete sprinklerhoder, løse brannvarslere, mange løse ledninger og klaser med ledninger for eksempel bak senger og tv. Èn ødelagt og flekkete 2-seter sofa til en familie på 5 😳. Kjøkkenet var slitent med rustne hengsler på alle skap, en rusten bakerovn som manglet deksel og bryter, rustet mikro som også mangler et deksel. Vi hadde òg bekjente som bodde på same overnattingsted og byttet rom tre ganger, men ingen av rommene hadde ok standard.

Suelo leer las opiniones antes de elegir ,pero en este caso lo tuve que coger precipitadamente .Que lastima de no leer .Cono se dice siempre en la lectura esta el conocimiento.pue lo que ponen todos en general bastante mal .No hacen la habitación, me comentarios que es porque hoteles no paga la limpieza de la habitación portanto no hay cambio de toallas .además del precio pagas las taxas en Eeuu normal yo por dos días de hotel eran 130 doláres subieron a 220 algo que no me había pasado en otros hoteles de Ny o Washington ,si en Orlando pero eran tasas locales de 8 $día, aparte me cobran una tasa delnprolio hotel por servicios de 25 $día, así que lo que eran 130$ chan ta ta chan se convierte en 280 $ .Más cosas que estoy con ganas ,el check out a las 10h pero cuidado que el parquin cono tardes hasta 2h más de las 10h te cobran 12 $ hasta 8h 24 $y ya por más de 8h y hasta 24h son 36$ tipo vallet,osea aparcacoches ,se acepta propinas ,así cono me dijo uno en tono sorna ,Biembenido a Miami .En el entorno hay bien poco o nada de ocio u de compras, la cocina del apartamento no tiene fuegos ,solo microondas y cafetera ,ya no sigo que me cansa ,por lo pagado elnpeor hotel de mi vida .
