Condo was well appointed and easy to check into. Very close to beach with a great pool deck overlooking the ocean as well. The queues for the lifts were quite lengthy as peak times and both the unit, gym and general facilities were not particularly clean. Excellent view of the ocean however and the valet service (mandatory) was very efficient and friendly if giving them lead time. We probably would choose somewhere else within walking distance of beach, but a good option at least.

The pool and beach were beautiful although difficult to get chairs. The condo was well-equipped but not very clean. Floors were filthy! Electrical outlets did not work in bathrooms. A lot of wasted time waiting on the elevator.

Had a side view of ocean. Not much beach visible. Not very accommodating. Needed them to hold luggage for a few hrs after checkout and they said only if you buy a day pass. Only allowed beach chair once a day. If you leave you can't come back. Elevator service is horrible. 41 floors. If you past 15 God help you. Takes forever in morning and afternoon. Also stayed because it said steps from Hollywood broadwalk. Steps is a 20 minute walk. Would not stay there again.

Our condo had a partial ocean view, which was very nice. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Several things were frustrating such as the pool and beach chairs. The first day we went to the pool, we were fortunate to find 2 chairs that were unoccupied midday. Many of the chairs had towels draped over them, but nobody in sight. We were never able to get chairs at the pool for the remainder of our stay because they allow people to come down early, claim chairs, and not be anywhere near the pool. It would be nice if there were more chairs available at the pool deck as there is plenty of room to do so. When going to the beach, we were able to get 2 chairs after a lengthy wait, but were unable to use an umbrella due to wind. Only one beach/pool pass was given, which is kept when you get towels. If part of our family wanted to be at the beach, they wouldn’t be able to get towels down there if we had already got towels by the pool. Paying for valet parking is a mandatory daily fee. We experienced several wait times of 30-45 minutes to pick up our car from valet when heading out, so plan to order your car for pickup with plenty of time to spare if you have somewhere to go. Also, the elevators do take a bit of time to cycle through the many floors. We never waited for more than 5 minutes or so, though. One elevator states it only goes to certain floors, but it actually works for all floors. A sign correction would be helpful. We did enjoy our time as a family.

Em janeiro de 2025, minha família e eu ( cinco adultos) estivemos por 11 dias neste apartamento. Em outras estadias nos Estados Unidos optamos por estar em hotéis, pensando em descansar e não ter trabalho. Desta vez, queríamos um ambiente diferente que permitisse que ficássemos juntos. Procuramos muito e decidimos por esse apartamento. Um maravilha! Completamente equipado com tudo o que foi prometido, limpo e confortável. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cinco minutos de um Walmart enorme. Quartos amplos e arejados. Dois banheiros ótimos. E o melhor de tudo: em um prédio muito organizado e seguro, com estacionamento, recepção 24/7, serviço de recepção de encomendas, restaurante, bar, funcionários educados e solícitos, tudo isto associado a uma vista espetacular. Com certeza voltaremos!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is booked through a third party company and they communicated through email and did require some forms to be filled out ahead of the reservation, which was no problem. The resort itself is very high end and has great accommodations. The resort employees were very friendly and willing to help. They even contacted the third party hosts when we arrived to ask a few questions about the room so we would know what we could go to the grocery store for. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, full fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dining needs. They provided towels and paper goods as well! This came in handy for making food so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The grocery store is right across the street which was convenient, too. There are also plenty of dining options close by to walk or Uber to. The views are stunning (ocean, city, canal and the Hard Rock Cafe at night!) and the balcony is expansive with outdoor seating and table. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower with a rainfall shower head. Access to the beach and pools are perfect for a relaxing get away, whether it’s a couple or a family. Highly recommend!!

Where do I start? We arrived late to the property and the check-in process was completely unorganized and took well over 30 minutes to complete. This condo unit was advertised as a “luxury apartment” and the pictures online would suggest as such. However, when we began exploring the unit, it was anything but luxury! The balcony furniture was rotten and unusable. The bathroom had 2 very dim lights which made it impossible for my wife to properly get ready to go anywhere. The TV was circa 2000 with minimal streaming platform capability. I myself am a condo owner and would be embarrassed to host guests in a unit in this condition! Abysmal accommodations!
