"The furniture needs to be deep cleaned, couch had a lot of dark dirt spots on it. The shower was dirty, the cracks had mold. The staff that work there are terrible! We wanted a room on a higher floor room. We was told by the staff they only allow the people that’s staying there longer the higher ..."
