"I loved the hotel, the location, the amenities, and the staff. On the day of my checkout, they stored my luggage, and I was still able to enjoy the amenities until later in the day, which I really appreciated. The only thing I can complain about is the humidity in the room—it was extremely high and felt unhealthy."

"Overall we really enjoy the Riverside. This trip the pool was closed so we’re a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use that amenity. The location is great for what we needed and will most likely stay here again in future."

"My granddaughter and I both had neck pillows for sleeping on the airplane. Mine was blue and hers was pink. She had it tied to her suitcase and when her uncle DON brought her suitcase into our room the pink neck pillow was on her suitcase. The next morning we left around 10 and put out the do not disturb sign, we returned around 5 o’clock and at eight we started packing things up, and the pink pillow is gone nowhere to be found."
