"I’d give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. The location is great if you have an early morning flight and staff was also friendly and polite. My biggest issue was that there was no hot water. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would come by, but no one ever did, so I ended up having to shower in cold water. "The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."

"My sister in law and I came and stayed at this hotel while we were in Miami. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the space, the staff we interacted with were all so sweet and helpful. The property is located very close to the beach, and they had a large selection of beach chairs to use for free. For us the location was great for what we came down to Miami for. We would not only recommend this to friends but would stay here again."
