The hotel is well located & very clean. It is, however, a bit cold & impersonal. The 2 elevators were the worst. They are slow & confusing. The room was very small & if 2 people are walking in opposite directions, both need to turn sideways to pass. There is no space to store luggage. The sink is ...

Global Luxury Suites at The Apex Miami
Great place to stay before a cruise. Our room was cute for a couple. Enjoyed the area around the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay at again.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Beautiful hotel, the property is just stunning. Most staff members were great. The valet is the most awful valet I’ve ever encountered. Over an hour and a half waiting for our car. Inexcusable!

Staff was very accommodating with room upgrade. Room view was spectacular for both the beach and city areas. Room and dining areas were very clean. Place does get busy so make sure to request valet in advance when needed.
