"Great property, both the room and lobby. Unique lounge in the former bank vault. Friendly staff. Affordable coffee and quick breakfast options at the lobby coffee shop. Nice room with great blackout curtains, robes, bedding. Our end room included a large living space separate from sleeping area. 2 couches, sink, small refrigerator, water provided, coffeemaker. Great light and top floor views. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"Sink was clogged. Tall mirror disconnected from wall and about to come off. Help at bar could no break a 50.00 with out shorting me 27 dollars got it work out with them but took awhile. Incorrect sign on building was had to find the place as a result. Furniture worn. Staff at desk and restaurant not very good "

"Yes breakfast was the best I had in a hotel, the attendant was excellent. Only bad thing the elevator was broke, had to carry bags up and down from second floor "

"The staff was very robotic in answering my questions. When i asked about the availability of coffee in the lobby, her reply was that it is only available at 8 am. However, another front desk staff later told me that i may go to the restaurant to request for a cup of coffee."

"The room was ok. One lamp did not have a light bulb and the tv did not work but they came a fixed that. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was only one kleenex in our tissue box. The thermostat at 70 was very warm but at 69 it was very cold. "

"We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls. "
