"Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable."

I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere."
