"Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. "Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost. Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. "

"On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. "From the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. It’s a very secure area that I do love but they need to actually take their time and fix the place and do a better job at keeping it clean. I was traumatized...
