"This is nice if expensive boutique hotel minutes from Harvard Square with underground parking. Our room was comfortable and luxurious. There is free excellent pod coffee (not Keurig) in the lobby and they will valet your car in and out of the garage which is a good idea given then narrow spiral driveway. The location is 5 minutes from Harvard Yard and close to many restaurants. Great for a Harvard reunion."

"Staying at Citizen M is a lot like shopping at Aldi. There's some insider knowledge needed. The hotel is fairly high tech. The check in is mostly self service. You even make your own key card. You must use your key card to operate the elevator, which is great for security, but frustrating for first time travelers who aren't in on the secret. In your room, you use an ipad to operate your TV, lights, climate, and blinds. The room is small, but the lobby is huge and really nice — the kind of place...

"I was here for a total of one hour. This is not a hotel, it's a motel with a major highway right next to it. The room smelled bad, my TV didn't work, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was also really low to the ground as it consisted of a wood platform with one mattress on it. I was on the first floor and people above me were walking around so much and that's all I could hear. I will never stay here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

"The location beside the lake was really nice, and my bedroom overlooked the lake so that was just perfect. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, even fetching me a beer to relax outside beside the lake when I arrived (despite the bar not actually open). Room was a generous size. Surrounded by lawn I was able to go for a run before brekky. Breakfast was okay, but coffee the typical American average- no espresso."

"The location is beautiful. The room was inaccurate. I was thankful it did not get cold enough to use the fireplace but will come back in the fall.
My only complaint was the parking situation.

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant experience near the airport. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It is a clean hotel with a comfortable bed. The man who checked us in was great. The folks at the bar/restaurant were very friendly as well. Our only glitch was confusion over the status of our parking. We were led to believe it was a $70 fee for the week when in fact it was $25 per day and the woman who dealt with us was not as polite as we might have hoped. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this was disappointing."
