We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"Check in straightforward and quick. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a hair grip left in the bedside cabinet. Only two shower gels for a two day stay for two people. No shampoo. Unfortunately our room was located above the picnic tables for smokers so we couldn't open the window in the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and so was the evening meal. Parking on site. There is a village shop and post office. Conveniently located for Powis Castle and Welshpool."
