"BREAKFAST wasn't stocked. Tables weren't cleaned. Refrigerator was not filled up."

"Unsafe and shady people staying at this hotel. Owner does not take responsibility for the unsafe people that are long time staying guests. The room we got was marinated and weed smoke smell. It was a non smoking room. When I told the owner the room reeks of weed and cigarette smoke. His response, was "thats not my fault, it's the guy that has been staying here for a long time in the room nextdoor." The owner did not offer a different room and refuse to give me a refund."

"Kids were allowed to be unsupervised in all areas, dancing on tables and running the halls banging on doors. Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk. Never got the linens requested for pull out bed. Pictures must have been taken of a different hotel. "

"There was feces on the bathroom door. The breakfast was pitiful. The only thing hot was the self serve waffles. Building as a whole is run down. "

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."

"The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. We actually had someone comment to us when we went out to dinner about the smells on us. It was beyond embarrassing. The...

"The toilets were all leaking or would not flush properly, and the breakfast was served in the bar area. This hotel has a lot of families and I feel like that should be disclosed before you book your stay. No one wants to bring their 3 year old to eat breakfast in a dark dingy bar after hours. "

"Outdoor room entry in noisy area. TV remote didn’t work. Only staff person on site brought different remote that worked until we wanted to go to bed and couldn’t turn the TV off, had to unplug. Remodel consisted of pouring new paint over 1/4 inch already there. "

"The place is a little rundown. The night and day staff at the desk were nice. We only stayed one night because we couldn't find any other hotels in the area with vacancy."
