"Everything was great"

"An employee was talking loudly with another employee in front of guests, including children, at breakfast and she was dropping f-bombs. Check in employee was very friendly. The floor in our room had not been swept or vacuumed. There was long blond hair and dirt everywhere. As the hotel was fully booked and it was after 5pm, we used a towel clean up the floor."

"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night as we were there for a graduation and it was conveniently located to where we had to go. However, if I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay there."

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet room with good beds. Expedia had no warning that the hotel was going to charge me $20 more for parking. The room had no microwave, probably because there are restaurants in the hotel. Even Motel 6 has microwaves in their rooms. It was a good night's sleep though."

"The most peaceful mothers day weekend ever"

"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."
