"Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. We cooked most of our meals due to medical conditions. Grocery store is a 5 min drive away. We appreciated the parking spot, although the garage door was often broken so not as secure. The air conditioner stopped working on a Friday and was fixed the next afternoon. W/D was convenient and allowed us to pack fewer clothes. Our family enjoyed staying here."

"Property was clean and spacious. We were told two days before our reservation that they overbooked and we had to relocate to their Salem Mass. Location. Parking was terrible as our space was full of construction materials and our 2nd spot was occupied by another guest. We parked in the next closest spot and was left a scathing note from one of the residents. Overall would not go with Hyatus again due to all the trouble even after booking months ahead"
