"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s...

"It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. "

"The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. "All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."
