"I drove 20hrs straight to get to the Quality Inn, and when I finally got in, and got to my room it was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs, bugs, and human hair all over the floor. Not to mention, the sink was full of water and broken. I went and asked the front desk for a new room, they placed us in the room next door.
