"The AC was not the best. It comes on and it gets cold then goes off and it gets warm.
We were late to breakfast and the attendant was very nice and let my husband get some food before she took it away."

"It is a huge hotel with many connected buildings around its main centurium. The buildings are all multi stories but NOT labeled outside. It is very difficult to know where you are going to park based on your assigned room number. You have to go inside to have access to the elevator. The entry lock to the room is activated by your card key. It does not work at all for me and I have to go back to the front desk to have another card for a different room. What is inside the room is good."

"Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health.
But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers.
