"This hotel is really an apartment building whose lower floors are for renting. The workout gym is fantastic - the hot tub has a view (fireworks in the summer Wednesdays and Saturdays). The location is nice with lots of restaurants nearby - and 0.5 miles from the Art Institute. Staff were very friendly - and they should note that there really is a small convenience store/coffee stop just two doors down - for food, snacks, wine, etc!"

"From the moment we contacting them through our stay they would check in to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. The unit was clean + safe + quiet. And the view from the patio + our bedroom was amazing!!!"

"Great location, neat little pad in the South Loop. Close to the subway/L, lots of restaurants and a Target within walking distance. Apartment was decently furnished, had cooking utensils, pans, etc.. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of towels. Will absolutely use again. "The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"
