"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"The staff was super nice and always helpful. We stayed 4 nights and realized the first night that the room we booked wasn’t large enough so they allowed us to pay the difference and switch to the suite without any issues. Breakfast was always good with lots of options. The pool area is nice but the pool was so cold !! Hot tub was nice ! AC worked nice in the room and the fridge and microwave were nice to Have !
