I get the impression that the only advantage of this hotel is its central location—which, if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay in Międzyzdroje, is actually a disadvantage rather than an advantage.
The front desk manager was rude from the moment we walked in and seemed to blame hotel guests for any potential problems. For the price, I would have expected at least a basic coffee machine in the room instead of instant coffee and a kettle. The hotel markets itself as "Family," yet there isn't even a microwave available to heat up food for a child.
During our stay, some renovation work was being carried out in the pool area, which made using the pool unpleasant due to the noise and sand.
As for the children's entertainers, one of them was very friendly and engaged, while the other looked as though she was working there as a punishment—there was zero interaction with the children, she was constantly checking her phone or watch, and left exactly on the dot.
For this price, you can have a much more enjoyable and longer holiday in another seaside or mountain destination. We definitely won't be coming back here.
