"The most beautiful hotel, in the most perfect location. While Pisa has very little to do, it was a perfect base for our two night stay, right next to the Pisa Tower, very picturesque. "We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."

"The reception staff was very nice, but the cleaning was too much. Since the hair in the shower room was the same, I cleaned it myself. Of course the flow is bad.
