"Location is great but there was two issues. One is when you get in, they literally make you feel that if you want any good service, you better accept their timeshare meeting. It’s all geared to getting you there to sell you their timeshare. Also they do housekeeping every other day and some areas of the hotel gets very loud especially at night. "

"The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel....
