"We recently stayed at the Wyndham Costa del Sol and overall had a comfortable experience. The room itself was great — clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a large bed, TV, balcony, washing machine, and kitchenette. The sea view we requested was also provided, which we appreciated. However, the kitchenette was quite limited in terms of equipment, making it difficult to cook properly during our stay.
One downside was that our accommodation required climbing three flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have easier access, especially for tired guests or those with mobility concerns.
The resort itself has a nice, peaceful atmosphere and offers that relaxing “resort feel.” However, it is very large, so having a car is almost essential to get around conveniently. There is a small resort train/shuttle service that goes around the complex, but we found it extremely slow — it can take close to an hour just to get around the resort — so personally, I wouldn’t recommend relying on it. We also found it confusing on arrival, as the reception was located separately from our accommodation, and we initially struggled to find it. Parts of the resort also feel quite outdated and could benefit from refurbishment.
The check-in and check-out times were another frustration. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am felt restrictive, particularly since the pool closes at 6pm and many amenities shut early. By the time we checke"
