"Staff was Always Friendly, daily Breakfast was so good with an array to choose from, plenty of parking and rooms were clean!!! What more could you ask for! We will definitely be coming back!"

"Cannot believe Baymount has a property like this, Not even up to Motel 6 expectations!!! Old, decrepit, moldy, AC loud and leaking water on sidewalks. Bathroom from the 70’s - tub is disgustingly old and dirty. No tissues, No drinking cups, and no coffee make in the room. I hand unplug the lamp to turn off the light. Refrigerator is unplugged, to use you have to get on hands and knees, climb under the table! Don’t waste money on rehabbing the facility - bulldoze the place and rebuild a new...

"I love the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff was great, but the bed is absolutely miserable. Hard as a rock and the sheets and mattress cover were not fitting properly. They seemed way too small for the mattress. It kept coming off in the middle of the night, I complained they told me they fixed it. The same thing happened the next night. It is very miserable sleeping on a bare mattress. They need to get better bedding. I will not stay at this hotel again because the beds are terrible."

"The room was dirty had spider webs on the light had stains all over the walls there were German cockroaches coming from under the furniture all was noticed after being there for 30 min brought evidence of it to the front "

"We had a beautiful stay for two nights. The room was clean and they serviced the room each day. Many hotels no longer clean the room daily and, as a result, many properties no longer feel clean. We were pleased this wasn’t the case at this hotel."
