"Check in Was good, however had difficulty with parking due to Sunday traffic in the area by Front office Check In. When getting settled in the room, we discovered there was no Microwave or Fridge. Also the Room Safe was locked closed and would not open. Called Front Desk, but Maintenance was gone for the day. So We could not use the Safe. Front Desk offered another room, but it would have been too difficult for 2 Senior Adults to pack up and move downstairs to another building. Ice Was Available from the Front Desk. Had one other issue with the Front Door Latch, where the handle came off Completely, when we attempted to enter the room. The Door Hinges need to be Lubricated. Door has Terrible Squeaking and dragging on the tile floor. These issues were provided to the Front Desk when we checked out. One positive item was the night light in the bathroom under the shelf. Water pressure in the shower was great with the large shower head was very Good. We noticed the landscape around the building could be improved and needs attention. We did not understand the parking. There were cars parked on the sidewalks and nothing specifically marked for parking. The Pool looked relaxing, but we did not have the opportunity to utilize that amenity."
