We had a family vacation stay at this place for a week. Overall, the house is located in a quiet, safe and convenient location. You can access to metro, bus, tram and grocery shoppings in a short walking distance. However, the house needs more of cleaning and updates. The kitchen area is updated and great. The living room furnitures are old and a bit stinky. The beds were just okay and not very comfortable. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning and gets smelly after some use. All of the rooms have ACs but when you turn them on the electricity switch goes off so you have to turn the electricity back on yourself.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space. A Metro and supermarket very close. The only thing that could be better is the living room. The tv and sofa could need a change. The information and contact was very nice by WhatsApp.

A clean and well-maintained apartment with a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, the single air conditioner in the living room struggled to cool the entire space, and only having one key to the apartment was a bit inconvenient.
