Room was nice and comfy. The bathroom door didn’t shut, and the AC was having a hard time keeping up. It would run cold for a bit and then the compressor would shut off and make it humid in the room.

We had a very nice two day stay. Our beds were comfortable, the vending machines were well stocked and everything was very clean. Carol at the front desk was wonderful and the waffles for breakfast were delicious! 10/10 would stay here again.

Look for a different place to stay

This property needs an overhaul. The room carpet felt gummy to the point we didn’t take our shoes off & walk around. The flooring in the bathroom was buckled, there were water stains on the ceiling, bathroom faucet was corroded. An overwhelming smell of cleaning products to mask the odor of an old building.

We checked in on Friday August 18, 2023. The room we were given was on the lower level. When we opened the door, the room smelled old and musty. It was late so we stayed. They had no other rooms. I wiped down the table with Lysol wipes so I had some where to put the luggage. In the morning after taking showers water was dripping from the ceiling in the bedroom. We put all our stuff in the car. I went to the front desk and told the lady about the dripping. She said she would tell housekeeping. I said maybe you do not understand but water is dripping from the ceiling. She said she would tell the manager. We left for the day. Unable to find other accommodations we returned that evening. I went to front desk and manager said well it’s not leaking now. Not acceptable, when we said we had pictures he found us another room. We looked at it and said ok. 2nd room didn’t smell but the couch was terrible, dirty and ripped. We stayed Saturday and Sunday cause I had no choice. I will not recommend this Super 8 to anyone. And they charged us for all 3 nights. Oh and to begin with they called me at home on Thursday saying they cancelled our reservation. Then they said they just had a room for Friday. The whole thing was a mess!

Nothing unusual, just needed a place to sleep. I reserved two queen beds and the attendant kept wanting to give me one queen bed. I had to show him my reservation for two beds. He still wanted to put me into a one bed room.
