"First room we were placed in had a heavy odor and the entire floor had a heavy marijuana smell. Relocated to a poorly cleaned room. Comforter had stains and holes, towels were also stained. Room was not properly stocked either. Housekeeping never tended to room at any point during a multi day stay. Front desk did their best to accommodate however unhappy with condition of room. "

"Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $ the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees. Most staff are very nice."

"The room didn’t have any lights that you could see with. The carpet had bottle caps under the desk. The room was so dark , I’m sure the cleaning staff didn’t see it. The electrical plugs didn’t work and the one on the sad lamp didn’t t work either. I had to unplug the microwave, just to get power. The pool was closed and it should have Just opened. I will not be staying here again. The cost and the $25.00 added fee was ridiculous and then the refund was 7 to 10 days refund. You took the money right away and it should be refunded the same. I deserve a full refund and you all need to do better, if you want people to stay."
