"Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

"Location was great, for parks and gardens pubs and restaurants, staff very friendly breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Room was small very hot even with a fan going all night which was noisy, shower wasn't great too hot or two cold, lucky dip on which one you got, could probably shop around for better B&B for the price. That being said, had a good break in a nice friendly town."

We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided. "A cracker of a Inn with rooms plus a Latin American restaurant. We spent two nights here and I'd certainty rate it 10/10. The owner was very personable as were all staff and special mention to the young waitress at breakfast who was spot on 👍 Our room.(No 9) was spacious and had everything you'd expect. "Come for Warwick Castle, stay for the breakfast! Excellent fry up, great choice of pastries and the automated Nutella machine bowled us over. Absolute class. Only drawback was the air conditioning unit dripped on the first night."

Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. "We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

"While the staff is friendly and the location is fantastic, the hotel is severely overpriced. Our room was dirty, and there was absolutely no view. You're paying for the location, but the lack of cleanliness makes it not worth the money."
