"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Ligging is perfect als je dichtbij Rotterdam wil zitten en niet in de grote drukte. Bel een Uber en je bent in ong 15 minuutjes in centrum van Rotterdam of dichtbij de Ahoy. Het is ruim opgezet, voldoende parkeerplekken, mooie entrance, vriendelijk personeel, veilige locatie. Mooie nette kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt. Gezellige bar met een leuke gastheer. De dames aan de receptie heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Alles bij de hand, zelfs wanneer je een geurtje vergeten bent kun je even langs de...

"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Hotel Air-conditioning was broken (entire hotel) and my room had no fan, windows don’t open and temp was over 30 degrees in the room. Hotel did nothing to compensate for this inconvenience I didn't get any sleep because the room was like a sauna."

"We arrived late to check in. It wasn’t clear and easy to get into building. Door was locked and no button to call front desk. Luckily someone eventually walked out. Rooms are small, but comfortable. If you don’t like electronics.l, you won’t like this place. Everything is turned on and off with iPad."

"I was a a nice and comfortable hotel. I the staff were friendly enough. Perhaps the hotel could be a bit more welcoming with daily fruit or treats as they do in other boutique hotels. My one major issue is with the new additional taxes. My bill was much higher than expected because of this. I know this is not their fault as it has just come in, but they should have forewarned me. I think Expedia should also notify the customers of these tax increases in the Netherlands"

"The rooms were cleaned daily. Front desk staff were very professional. Tons of shops & restaurants nearby. We travel a lot, and this was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at recently. Rooms were spacious & the AC temp was set perfectly. Plenty of natural light in the room but you can just draw the curtains to keep the light out especially during the summer months. They also have a snack bar/market which is open 24/7 if you get hungry for snacks. Overall very satisfied with our stay."
