"A very nice hotel in central location. Nice and modern and looks to have been refurbished recently. VERY friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast/selection. The only minor negatives I can give is the bed frame being squeaky (not great if one of you shifts around a lot in your sleep) and the pillows being comically thin."

"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"今回は４泊しましたが、フロントの方がとてもフレンドリーで、最初から最後まで印象が良かったです。部屋も清潔で、５泊未満の場合は部屋のクリーニングが入らず、タオル類やトイレットペーパー、ボディソープなどは3階と5階のエレベーター横に設置されたトレーに置いてあるので、セルフで交換するシステムになっていました。ゴミはフロントにお願いすれば、片付けてくれます。フロント横にはフリードリンクの用意もされていました。中央駅からもとても近く、旧市街にも歩いていける距離です。ミュンヘンに来た時はまた泊まりたいです！"

"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

"The room was nice and the staff was very helpful. The location was great, it was very centrally located. That being said some time it was a little loud outside especially with the window open, but that is to be expected, I wasn’t really bothered. It seems I missed that there was no a/c, thankfully it wasn’t too bad, the room cooled down at night with the window open."

The location is excellent—within walking distance of many of Munich's top attractions, as well as numerous great restaurants, and cafés.
