"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Everything was great! Excellent staff, very courteous. I had the pleasure to eat dinner in the on-site restaurant and everything was exceptional. The location is also conveniently close to the old center of town. The only downside, was that the room was a little cold the first night, maybe the heater was off before my arrival?"

"Wonderful location, staff and room. I travel often and would stay again. Beautiful, charming older building with character. Only one hiccup (the staff loved their heating). I walked in and it was about 85F. The towel warmer was broken and heated the entire room. Slept with window open so all good. They tried to fix it however I only stayed 2 nights. This didn't hurt my review because staff was so nice to help. Again great location and room."

"Great location for exploring Brescia on foot. Many streets are inaccessible by car but safe parking is available at an additional cost nearby. Apartment is comfortable and well-appointed. Like many, it’s up a flight of stairs (no lift). A/C was quiet and effective. Shower water pressure is weak and drainage was very slow, however. Lovely offsite continental breakfast. Good value for the money. "
