"Rooms were nice and clean. We had a good first night. Second night, the people in the room above us were jumping/running around for about an hour. Called the front desk and they tried calling the room with no success. They had to move us into a different room for the second night"

"There's nothing special about the hotel. It does have a swimming pool way overpriced, and it claims to have queen beds, but they're just single beds, that's allThey are, especially if you're a little bit of a chunky person trying to sleep with another person in one bed, you humiliate yourself.So much because of their faults, claims about their queen beds. Sorry for being so bluntly about this. But this is just how I feel about that property

"Las 3 noches que estuve nunca limpiaron la recámara a pesar que lo reporte.
Tuve que ir directamente al lobby para el cambio de toallas.
El desayuno deja mucho que desear horrible experiencia. Mejor decidí salir a desayunar.
La al we a está muy agusto pero después de un tiempo comenzó arderme la cara y el cuerpo y a mi hija tmb.
Creo que tenía mucho cloro o excesos de químicos
Urge que si revisen ya que tengo inflamación en la cara
Esto fue muy desafortunado me he quedado varias veces...
