"A true gem in Warsaw IN. I've stayed at 3 other hotels that were just ok to meh. TRU had a cool, funky vibe. I loved the cozy sitting areas, pool table, 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa bar, and free breakfast. The staff was super helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very clean, no stray hair found on floor or in bathroom which seems unusual anymore. Decor was fun, liked the window shades vs shabby drapes usually hung. Bed was firm, pillows fluffy/cozy. I would definitely stay here again. If you stay, go to Piña & Coconut on Center Street. This restaurant is Latin/Caribbean fusion and super yummy. I had the Caribbean chicken with yucca fries. Highly recommend."

"Everything was wonderful until the morning we checked out, It started with the random knock on the door at 0730. After that, I received a call from front desk with major confusion on when I was checking out. I think the lady working on the am of May 6th needs to work on her approach to customers."

"Great room but I cleaned the tubs extra because the floors were kinda dirty but everything was in working order. I enjoyed the tub. I just feel like they do minimal cleaning!! Staff was helpful! Breakfast you couldn't take to your room. Parking was plentiful!! All in all great room as long as your willing to clean and sanitize on your own."
