"Bed was clean & comfortable and staff friendly & helpful. The bldg is aging."

"Very spacious and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The toiletries were divine :) The free breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, breads, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal. Lovely attendants as well. Our room was above the busy street, so that got a bit loud at times. Would I stay again? Yes! I'd just ask to be in a room away from the street. Another note. Most businesses surrounding the hotel close up at 5p-6p, including restaurants."

"The room was clean and it was convenient since our air conditioner had stopped working. However, my room was right across from the laundry and many of the staff were lingering in the doorway of the laundry area and talking loudly early in the morning. The young man at the front desk also was difficult to communicate with upon checking in."

"My granddaughter, grandson and I loved the fact that our accommodations were in a train caboose. The train car was actually on railroad tracks!! The interior was very clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean. The staff were very friendly. We went on an Amish buggy tour which was very enjoyable. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Casey Jones which is on the grounds. "The place was clean and breakfast is good. We have a hard time getting in. The dummy switch near the door is not working so I have to turn on the flash light of my phone to look for another switch to turn on the lights. Also, when you shower the water is accumulating and not draining well. Hopefully this issues will be fixed by the new management."

"I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay."

"I called to confirm our stay the day before our reservation. The woman who I spoke with said check in was at 4:00, but the rooms were usually ready early. I had reserved 4 rooms because I was traveling with several of my adult children. This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. We all used the two rooms to relax a bit and at 4:00 I walked back to the main hotel...
