"Room was very clean. Bathroom was big and well equipped. The thing that let the room down was the mattress was very hard and pillows were also hard. If I was staying for more than one night I would have asked for a mattress topper Breakfast was excellent with a very large selection of hoods"

"Well, it was cheap. It is student accomodation basically, very run down, not very clean but comfy bed. Very difficult to see the entry codes due to very poor lighting. Kitchen area unusable blue to renovation ( long overdue)!! Go elsewhere."

"We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"
