"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

We came for the marathon, as did a number of guests, and they were very helpful (and sympathetic) to all participants. We will stay here again."

"Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "

"Not worth the price, never again Pros - overall room was quiet (despite very creaky floor boards and some noise with guests going and coming); room clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Cons - poor communication from hotel. Was sent a message saying I could leave my luggage at the hotel prior to checkin. When I arrived, no staff were in the building to let me in. The same message stated I could not check in until 4.30pm despite the Expedia website...
