"I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!"

I love that they had hot chocolate always available because that is my go to comfort drink after a long day at Mayo Clinic!
