My fiance and I had the best time ever here! The staff were absolutely lovely from reception to housekeeping, simply kind, sweet and helpful. Our room was very charming, clean cool, and beautiful! It was truly the perfect spot for our stay.

The property is in the heart of Adamas, very convenient for ferry, restaurants, shopping, tours etc. The staff was super helpful, the communication happens via WhatsApp. Pack light as there is no elevator. The room was specious and nice big balcony. Definitely nice place to stay.

Wonderful stay- highly recommended. The rooms are spacious, incredibly clean, super comfortable beds and the addition of a fridge, coffee machine and kettle, as well as bowls, and utensils gives the added touch a Falmouth of three was looking for!

Great place, close to the port. Theres a free parking 3 minutes away so it's quite nice. We loved the staff and our whole stay. Moskitos can get in if you leave the windows open, we closed them when we left each day.

Comfy room in a great location by the port

Conveniently located a short walk from the port, everything you need is right on your doorstep. The room was large, comfortable and quiet and the staff were very helpful in helping us check in as we arrived quite late. An easy location to explore the rest of the island from, there are restaurants and bars nearby as well as a bus stop to reach other areas.

Fantastic location just 5 minutes from the port and less to the boardwalk. Only downside is only one employee works at reception, and also works at Melagrana Apartments, so reception is often empty and unlocked. We did not feel comfortable leaving our luggage at reception. However, Melagrana Apartments (another hotel under the same ownership) was fantastic at recommending excursions and helping with anything we needed.

It was ok - Fabulous Location

It was ok. Our check in process by Helen and Villy was excellent. They messaged through details of what to do and where to eat etc. they were also brilliant with our kids. I loved there was a coffee machine (one free pod per day, £1 each after that) The room felt a little tired and there were some things that were sloppy. There was a random hosepipe on our balcony for the duration and the shower curtain was disgusting. The shower head didn’t sit in the bracket so had to be held while showering. The fridge was broken too so on the coldest setting which meant things froze. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the middle of Adamas and it was peaceful on the large balcony.

This is a great property. Right in town, but our spacious unit with large balcony was in the back of the property and super quiet. The hostess was super responsive and helpful with everything. The only 2 things to mention are the bathroom is the type where it is impossible to contain water in the shower so the bathroom floor was wet until it dried later. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and I held off mentioning it to the hostess, and I got bit. Once I mentioned it, they sprayed, and the problem went away immediately. Definitely stay here, but if you check in with mosquitoes, let them know right away.

Amazing location and staff. Especially Panos at reception was very helpful and went above and beyond the expectations. Would definitely be back at Olive Suites. Big rooms, nice balcony and friendly staff.
