"On the website it shows every room with the same bathroom which is an accessible walk-in shower. However the room we were given had a tub shower which did not work for my disability. The back door to the hotel was not working properly as the handle was falling off of the door. The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean."

"Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. "We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but the beds appeared to be 2 doubles. We asked staff about this & they insisted we had 2 queens. If that’s accurate, their queen beds are very small. This was also probably the most uncomfortable stay I’ve had at a hotel due to the mattress quality & condition of the pillows. The fridge ran loudly and the room didn’t have a lot of light options. "Place is super dirty , it has trash in the hallways left from assuming housekeeping . When checked in there was no towel in my room when I asked for some I was told I have to wait til the next morning at 9am . My keycard stopped working twice , just nasty gives run down motel 6 vibes . This place is ghetto and trashy . Not suitable for kids or more than one night very last minute thing ."

The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. "This is a Courtyard converting to a Country Inn and Suites. There was some construction while we were there, but it didn't really hinder us from doing anything or cause a disturbance. We did have plastic over our window, but that should be done with soon. The breakfast was good, there were cookies in the afternoon."
