We were able to check in early. Location is great, close to family and activities. The height of the beds make it difficult for shorter people, and older people to climb into the bed. Doors were sticking and difficult to open. The bathroom is bright and spacious and common areas comfortable and inviting. A friendly staff too.

Great location right off the interstate. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was recently built and was very nice. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The only comment I would have is regarding the use of a "barn door" style door for the bathroom in the rooms. It did not lock and it is easy to pinch fingers. I don't know if they have these in all the rooms, but I would not think these are kid friendly. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

Updated Property in Good Location

Front desk staff was very welcoming. I especially liked that this was a newer property so the lobby was updated and fun to hang out in so we could catch up with friends we were traveling with. Location was good for the event we were attending.

I was not expecting the room to be so nice lol. I loved every part of it. Especially the bathroom. Everything was so clean and functional. Other hotels that I’ve stayed at that had walkin showers like this, I’ve had leak while I’m showering but this was pleasant!

Staff was so nice. Hotel is nice and new, modern, convenient. We had breakfast in the morning. We also had visitors come by in the afternoon and we were very comfortable in the lobby. We got snacks from the convenience shop inside. We had drinks in our fridge in the room. We had other family there and it was affordable for everyone.

The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help out. Our room, however, should not be used until the AC unit is fixed. There was a stand alone AC unit with a tube that was duct tapped through a piece of cardboard to the outside. The duct tape was not sticking so outside air was pouring in. There were no other rooms available so that was very unfortunate.

Glendale experience

the tv in our room did not work. The bathroom sink plug was missing. Lydia was great and she got us another room. When we checked out the lady at the desk would not print out a receipt. She said she emailed a receipt, but we didn't get it. The amount she said she charged was more than on our confirmation. the amount that's actually charged to our credit card is even ;more that that. I have disputed the amount with Visa.

The lighted sign for the hotel is only half working so it was confusing on the dark and foggy night to find. I was promised a room with a bathtub and sitting area and was given one with a shower and no sitting area. I was able to switch rooms. The check-in clerk pointed out the directions to the workout room and the pool. The next morning I walked by the pool and there was a sign that said it was closed. I went to the front desk and asked when it would be open and was told they did not know when it would be open. Breakfast was pretty basic. I chose the hotel because of its location and the pool. I decided to switch to another hotel and I checked out at 10:00 AM. I was charged more than Expedia promised for the rooms and I was charged two times. I had to call to get a credit but I was still overcharged. I called the hotel and they said I owed $190 per night instead of the original rate of $130 per night. I complained that I checked out because the pool was closed and the clerk said it was not closed. When I challenged the clerk that the pool was not open she hung up on me. I will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn Hotel.
