"The only serious problem is that the safe box in the room wouldn't open. The front desk person tried several things, but to no avail. Apparently the manager was not available! The result is that I had to carry all of my valuables with me the entire time! I was angry about this since that was one of the reasons I chose the property. Another thing: false advertising... No way a laptop would fit in that small lockbox! Only the tiniest of devices might fit...

"De ligging van het hotel is perfect.
De kamers zijn schoon maar erg sleets.
De airconditioning deed het niet waardoor het ‘s nachts erg warm was. Ook de ventilatie in de badkamer deed het niet.
De kamer is in 3 dagen niet schoongemaakt en de handdoeken niet ververst.
Het ontbijt was voldoende.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De algemene indruk is matig."

"While the space had some newish features, there were many problems. The check-in is not on site and half a kilometer away...not easy with bags and kids. Inside there were lights that didn't work, door knobs that were broken, bed bugs in the couch, the washing machine leaked, etc. I tried to contact the managers through both Whatsapp and the other provided number and never could get in touch or get a response. Really bad service and attention."
