"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....

"J'ai pû accéder sans surcoût à ma chambre qui était prête avant l'heure du check-in, un grand merci au personnel présent pour cela. Hôtel très calme et très bien équipé. TV, bouilloire et micro-onde dans la chambre ainsi qu'une salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Option fumeur disponible. Je recommande le Flexstay Inn Sugamo, merci encore pour votre accueil. "
