"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....

"This was perfect for a base in Tokyo. Quiet and away from tourist areas, but easy to get to them by bus and rail. Comfortable, quite spacious, and lovely bathroom. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Nothing to complain about. Just Perfect. Place is Spacious for 4 people, groceries and convenient stores are nearby, place is clean, beds are comfy, hotel is in a residential area which is what i like, and train track nearby so you can hear the train something, but its doesn't bother us,hotel itself is quiet too,dont really hear much from the next door. Basically all the negative comments that I've read from other booing website i didn't experience it. I think the owner do take customer review...

"J'ai pû accéder sans surcoût à ma chambre qui était prête avant l'heure du check-in, un grand merci au personnel présent pour cela. Hôtel très calme et très bien équipé. TV, bouilloire et micro-onde dans la chambre ainsi qu'une salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Option fumeur disponible. Je recommande le Flexstay Inn Sugamo, merci encore pour votre accueil. "
