"The kitchen was well-equipped making it easy to cook as well as there are many restaurant and convenience stores within walking distance. However, a major downside was the condition of the room, which felt dusty and not very clean. We have told the reception but there is not much changes until the end of our stay. This definitely had affected us regarding the overall comfort of the stay."

"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....

"Lio Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities needed for our 3 night stay in Tokyo. Close to good transportation options and wonderful neighborhoods. The washer and drying options were great if you packed light."
