"Was very surprised how easy the check-in was with no lobby or front desk. room was perfect. nice kitchen with everything needed to cook. room very comfortable and a great view. pool was very nice. has a small apartment for my family for a great price. will be my go to place to stay going forward "

"Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax. "

"The place has everything you need. Easy check in. Owner responds quickly. Close and walkable to shops. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again. "

"Need to clean the place , the sliding door at the washroom need to change and fix, it so dangerous it fell on my son even the extra mattress at the other room is dirty I dont recommend the place to stay this base on our experience I have pictures attached"

"Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. The pool is wonderful and very safe for kids but CLOSED ON TUESDAYS! Nice size bathroom and living room. Cons : the bedroom has closet space but is a little small. We had no hot water but decided to just accept it as is. And any customer...
