"very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead."

"Motel is very dated on outside. My room was clean with the exception of the bathtub. Bathroom missing trim. Attempts made to make the place look updated but no executed well. Coffee pods were provided but no coffee maker??? Overall not worth the price for a 1 night stay"
