"Connecting with the Black Swan management staff for my stay at the luzianne was a bit difficult. Texting doesn't work and the number available just rings. However the apartment was beautiful. Linens and towels were great. Wish the towel rack by the sink and the toilet paper holder weren't ripped out of the walls- like come on guys you need to fix that! Great location for the Convention center and easy to get a few things from local markets as needed. Overall I'd probably look to stay at this...

One of the volounteers working there, Drew Limon, especially made sure to care for my safety after I was being harassed by another intoxicated guest by removing him from the property immediately and continuing to provide...
